BE IT KNOWN that Jane Rukin
of 16 Albert Street Brierfield in the County of
Lancaster Widow
died there on the 18th day of February 1926

AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written
the last Will and Testament
of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate
Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that the administration
of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal
representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court
to George Brown of 23 Regent Street Brierfield afdoresaid
and William Brown of Walter Street Brierfield
aforesaid Weavers Sons of deceased the Executors
named in the said Will

         THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me JANE RUKIN of 16 Albert Street
Brierfield in the County of Lancaster Widow I hereby revoke all wills and testament-
ary dispositions heretofore made by me I appoint my two sons George Brown of 23 Regent
Street Brierfield aforesaid Weaver and William Brown of 71 Halifax Road Brierfield
aforesaid Weaver (hereinafter called my trustees) to be the EXECUTORS and trustees of
this my will I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and
wheresoever unto my trustees Upon trust that my trustees shall sell the said real
estate (including chattels real) and call in sell and convert into money such part of
my personal estate as does not consist of money and shall out of the money to arise
from the sale and conversion of my said real and personal estate and out of my ready
money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses death duties and my debts And shall
stand possessed of the residue of the said money in trust to divide the same into the
shares following that is to say 1. Upon trust to pay one equal seventh part or share
thereof to my said son George Brown 2. Upon trust to pay one other equal seventh part
or share thereof to my said son William Brown 3. Upon trust to pay one other equal
seventh part or share thereof to my son Tom Brown 4. Upon trust to pay one other equal
seventh part or share thereof to my son Robert Brown 5. Upon trust to pay one other
equal seventh part or share thereof to my daughter Kate Coates 6. Upon trust to pay

one other equal seventh part or share thereof to my grandson Tom Simpson the son
of my deceased daughter Betty Simpson 7. Upon trust to pay iand divide the remaining
equal seventh part or share thereof unto and equally between all the children of my
late son Joshua Brown living at my death.  IN WITNESS whereof I have to this my will
set my hand this second day of June one thousand nine hundred and twenty four -

last will and testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who
at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto sub-
scribed out names as witnesses the same having first been truly and audibly read over
