The Will of Peggy Garth late of Thwaite in the Parish
of Grinton in the North Riding of the County
of York Spinster deceased who died 22 April
1865 at Thwaite aforesaid was proved at York
by the oaths of Francis Garth of Crackpott in
the Parish aforesaid Gentleman and Francis
Garth Butson of Thwaite aforesaid Jointer the
Nephews the surviving Executors.
