On Tuesday afternoon, Marian Butson, the 14-months-old daughter of Thomas Butson, 42, Burnley-road, Brierfield, whilst sitting at the table in its mother's arms, pulled over a jug of hot water, which was standing on the table, and scalded itself so seriously that it died last night.
