THE WEEK'S OBITUARY

Mrs. Sarah Jane Brown.

The interment took place in the
Inghamite Burial Ground, Wheatley Carr,
on Tuesday afternoon of Mrs. Sarah Jane
Brown, wife of Mr. George Brown, of 23,
Regent Street, Brierfleld. Mrs. Brown
passed away on Friday last, in her 67th
year. A native of Gateshead, she had
resided in Brierfield over 52 years and at
one time was a prominent member of the
Brierfield Methodist Church. Husband,
one son, and one daughter survive her.
Mr. H. Whittaker officiated at the ser-
vices at Wheatley Carr.
